- How much time does it take for creating Isometric or 3D floorpans?
Our turn around time for 3D floorplans is within 48 to 96 hours after the approval stage. If there are any custom requirements or inputs missing, our team will reach out to you in this case. You can track the status of your order post login.
- What do you require to create 3D floorplans?
We can create 3D floorplan view from any of the following inputs: auto cad drawings, sketches or architect’s pdf. Just ensure that if there are any specific style of windows, doors or furniture spec that needs to be maintained, it is mentioned in the order initially to avoid delays in your order.
- What if my project involves multiple storeys or villa type floorplan?
Our charges are on per unit level or storey basis. Since each storey requires effort of floorplan, walls and furnitures to be placed, it is considered as a separate order. For Multiple order, just add another plan at the end of your order form.
- How long do you keep backup for our files?
We keep all customer files in our database for at least 24 months. We encourage you to keep a copy of your original files in your computer.
- Will I get an exact replica of the interiors in my floorplan?
Our standard 3D floorplan may not replicate the exact finishes in terms of flooring and furniture. 3D Floor plans are designed to provide a visual guide, not to be an exact match. If you are looking for an exact match, please contact our team at [email protected] , we consider this on a case to case basis.
- What if I want to change something?
We ensure that you get your desired 3D floorplan output as per the order requested, thus allow 1 change request per order as long it still falls under same order requirements. If you require design changes to your 3D floorplan, additional charges will apply. Any order that has crossed over 60 days in time period, would need a new order to be submitted.
