- How much time does it take for Virtual Staging of 360° images?
Our turn around time for Virtual Staging is within 48 to 96 hours per photo after the approval stage. If there are any custom requirements or inputs missing, our team will reach out to you in this case. You can track the status of your order post login
- What do you require to create 360° Virtual Staging?
To Create 360° virtual staging we would need a good quality panoramic photo of a room in jpg or png format (ideally taken from a 360° degree camera), along with the style that is selected in the order form. We can also work with rooms with minimal furniture, but in case of too many changes in the photo, kindly place the order in Virtual Renovation.
- What if my project involves 360° photos of multiple rooms?
Our charges are on per photo staging. For Multiple order, just add another photo at the end of your order form, as an additional order. For bulk orders of 10 photos or more, you are qualified for a discount.
- How long do you keep backup for our files?
We keep all customer files in our database for at least 24 months. We encourage you to keep a copy of your original files in your computer.
- Can I get exact match of furniture pieces or detailed interiors based on photo?
Our standard virtual staging may not replicate the exact finishes in terms of furniture, but we try to match to the closest from the style that you chose. If you are looking for an exact match, please contact our team at [email protected] , we consider this on a case to case basis. You could also alternatively explore Virtual Renovation services.
- What if I want to change something?
We ensure that you get your desired 360° Virtual staging output as per the order requested, thus allow 1 change request per order as long it still falls under same order requirements. If you require design changes to your 360° Virtual Staging, additional charges will apply. Any order that has crossed over 60 days in time period, would need a new order to be submitted.
